One way to save an email from your gmail account is to click print email,
cancel out of the printer pop up control that comes up, and then you will be
looking at the print view of the email. You can save the "print view" of the
email as a text document or web page by going to the tool bar on the browser
window, selecting file, then select save as .....
I am unsure how you can save the email and attachment at the same time
without a third party tool. However, you could always save the attachment
by downloading it to your pin drive.
