Hi, Do I understand correctly that the 'regular' 32-bit version of GIMP Windows binaries is not guaranteed to work on 64-bit Windows 7 platform and the 'experimental' 64-bit version is not stable? TIA, Eugene

A friend is moving to gimp from Photoshop Elements. He has over 12,000 photographs in PE that all have a description attached to the photo in PE. (apparently saved with the photograph somehow). a) Is there any way to extract all these descriptions from where ever PE stores them, with the photo name,... daha fazla »

I'm using Gimp 2.6.8 on a machine running Windows XP. My impression from the documentation is that Gimp should be using the fonts in the Windows/fonts directory. However there are fonts in this directory that Gimp isn't listing in the font selector and fonts listed in the selector that aren't in the fonts... daha fazla »

I have tried several times to re-install Gimp on Windows 7 64 Bit. Each time I Try to start up, I get and error "Procedure entry pint g_dir_open_uf8 could not be located in the dynamic link Library "libglib_2.0.0.dll" " I was really loving gimp, until I hosed the install by a stupid mistake, can anyone help?... daha fazla »
